What we will teach!

SURF SPECIFIC TRAINING

  • ︎Surfing theory; how waves work and how to read them, board design and what makes good surfing.

  • ︎How to train with land based surfing techniques and muscle memory. 

  • ︎How to identify bad habits and correct technique with feedback from the coaches. 

  • ︎How to adapt technique to the style of board your riding -mostly focused on longboarding this isn't just shortboarding. ︎

  • How to overcome fear, build confidence and remove tension and stress from your surfing. (Mental aspect)

What you should bring!

  • Swimsuits or boardshorts. (Already on)

  • Sun protection, such as sunscreen and a sun hat.

  • A beach towel or travel towel.

  • A rash guard or long sleeve shirt

  • A water-resistant bag.

  • Refillable Water Thermos

  • Light Snack

  • Cash for restaurants, souvenirs, tips, etc

Start your Surf Training!

Dont feel fully prepared for your first surf lesson. Lets get started with a surf training session first and gradually progress to a beginner surf lesson. Surfing is for EVERYONE; sometimes we need to first overcome our fear that we cannot do it.
